| Dr. Shah serves as a Psychiatrist for the Family Health Centers via telehealth. Dr. Shah obtained her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati specializing in Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. | Caitlin serves as the Women's Health Physician Assistant for the prenatal clinic at Clark and Floyd County locations. She has her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville as a D1 student-athlete for the Women's Soccer team. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. | ||||

| Susan is currently a therapist at our Clarksville location. She has her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. She received her Masters in Social Work from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville and has worked in the field since 1990. She has practiced in North Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky. Susan has her LCSW and supervises students at UofL Kent School of Social Work and CSWs who are working toward full licensure. Susan works with children, teens, adults and families who face a variety of issues including mood disorders, eating disorders, gender dysphoria and gender orientation, grief and attachment issues. She is currently training in racial trauma and the impacts of community violence. |
